Cut Wire Pellets

Standard pellets are available in three types. High Tensile Carbon Steel, Medium Tensile Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. All are manufactured from a solid drawn wire producing a dense media, free from the commonly encountered casting defects and faults found in most Cast Steel abrasives.

The initial cylindrical shape of the wire pellet alters during use to produce a solid spherical particle slightly larger than that of its original diameter, it then retains its size and shape far longer than other commonly used abrasive media.

We can manufacture in available size range of 0.6mm – 5.0mm diameter, in 0.2mm increments.
